Processing time
Your orders will be processed within 24-72 business hours. Wait times may vary due to third-party-logistics involvement. There will be a shipping time of 2-5 business days within the United States. Please prepare for longer wait times during heavy volume seasons. These delays caused by weather, third party involvement, shipping carriers etc. are out of the control of Manna Covers.
Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to ship your order within the stated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays due to shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances. Once the product has been shipped and the order has been confirmed to be delivered, Manna Covers is not longer responsible for the product’s delivery.

International Shipping Policy
- Flat Shipping Fee: All international orders will incur a flat shipping fee. This fee covers the cost of shipping your order outside of the US. Shipping cost vary by location:
- Canada: $15USD
- Europe and Mexico: $25USD
- South America: $30USD
- Africa, Oceania, Asia: $35.00USD
- Responsibility for Customs Fees: Manna Covers ships out of the United States. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to their order upon arrival in their country.Manna Covers does not cover these costs, and they are not included in the shipping fee.
- Order Confirmation:Upon placing an international order, customers will receive an email confirmation with details of their order and detailed list of costs incurred.
- Shipping times: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping, depending on the destination of your order.
